Nice to Meet You

Hi, I’m Stacy. I’m a mother, writer, and veterinary surgeon living with my dairy farming other half and our 8 month old son, 2 cats and a dog on the wild west coast of Scotland.

I love working with animals, growing my own, creating fantastic, healthy family meals and experimenting with the wonderful world of cheese making.

I’m a first-time mum and newbie farmer and enthusiastic home cheese maker, learning as I go along.

I look forward to sharing my story with you.
